How bluebill is priced
Platform plus practitioners, quoted against the size of your estate — and the company facts behind the brand.
Short answer
bluebill does not publish a fixed price list. Engagements are quoted per organization because they combine platform access with practitioner time, and both scale with the size of the estate: for Cloud Optimization, annual cloud spend under management and the number of accounts and clouds; for AI Governance, the number of teams, models and requests routed through the gateway, and whether the deployment is SaaS or on-premises. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call and a scoped assessment, and pricing is designed so the savings identified exceed the fee.

Pricing questions we get asked
How much does bluebill cost?
There is no public price list. bluebill quotes per organization because each engagement bundles platform access with practitioner time, and both scale with the size of the estate. The quote follows a 30-minute call and a scoped assessment, and it is set so that the savings identified are larger than the fee.
Is there a free trial or a free assessment?
Engagements begin with a 30-minute conversation and a scoped assessment of where waste or ungoverned AI usage sits. That conversation is free — you get the findings whether or not you continue.
Do you charge a percentage of savings?
Commercial models vary by engagement. Some clients prefer a fixed subscription tied to spend under management, others prefer a model linked to realized savings. Both are available; the right one depends on how mature your FinOps practice already is.
Can bluebill run on-premises?
Yes. AI Governance is available as SaaS or on-premises, including air-gapped deployments for regulated environments. On-premises deployments are priced differently because they include installation and upgrade support.
Who is bluebill?
bluebill is the product brand of MFM Blueprint GmbH, a Swiss company registered at Sinserstrasse 67, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, UID CHE-236.591.841, led by managing director Mirco Francioni. It operates two product lines: Cloud Optimization (cloud cost optimization and FinOps) and AI Governance (LLM gateway, guardrails and agent control).
What contract length is typical?
Optimization and governance are continuous rather than one-off, so engagements are normally annual. Cloud estates drift back toward waste within weeks of a cleanup, and AI governance only holds if it is enforced on every request.
